attending this conference, you give IPA permission to use photographs taken
during the meeting for marketing and other purposes. For questions or concerns
about the use of photographs taken during IPA meetings, please contact IPA staff
prior to the meeting at 317-634-4968.
PRESENTATIONS ON CD-ROM
Presentation materials will be
distributed at the meeting on CD-ROM. While copies of the Power Point
Presentations will not be distributed during the meeting, participants
will be given a cover sheet and notes page for each presentation.
Participants may print out copies of the presentations in Adobe Reader
portable document format (PDF) directly from the CD-ROM following the
meeting. NOTE: Some presenters may not release a copy of their
Power Point Presentations to IPA for distribution on CD.

The Indiana Pharmacists Alliance
is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as
a provider of continuing pharmacy education. Participants will
receive up to 6.0 contact hours on Friday and up to 5.0 contact
hours on Saturday for a total of up to 11.0 contact hours for
successful completion of this two-day program. The validated CPE
Statements of Credit will be distributed to participants following
the program, upon completion of the required sign-in sheet and
evaluation form, which will be collected before participant leave
the meeting.
Program Activity Type: All activities for this program are
knowledge based CPE activities. |
