Student Surveys

Pharmacists:  Doctor of Pharmacy students from Purdue University and Butler University are seeking pharmacists' responses to the following surveys.  Please take the time to complete the survey(s) that interest you.  Students have provided a brief summary of their project, a link to the online survey, and their contact information below.

Awareness and Compliance with the USP<795> in Hospitals
For several years, USP<797> has been the official standard for non-sterile compounding. However, with the current revision of the USP <797> hospital pharmacy administrators may not be fully aware of the most up to date standards. The object of this project is to give hospitals the opportunity to evaluate their compounding operations, educate themselves on the USP <797> and become compliant with new standards. A survey will be distributed to 25-50 hospital pharmacies to evaluate the current awareness and compliance with the revised USP <797> standards. Data collection will commence by April 1, 2010 and evaluation will end by May 1, 2010.  Click here to access the survey link.
